Payment & Refund Policy

We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options.

Refunds and cancellations:

Orders canceled at least 24 hours before delivery may qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for refund due to product preparation and perishable materials.

In case of delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information or hotel restrictions, refunds do not apply.

Please note that special or custom orders — including personalized arrangements, specific flower requests, or unique decoration setups — are non-refundable and cannot be modified once confirmed.

Since these orders are created exclusively for each guest and often involve special materials or coordination with hotel staff, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after confirmation.
